Renting A Car Should Be Simple

So I have this giant 8' long scratch on my car. Ordinarily I wouldn't care and would leave it because a car is a car, but the scratch is down to the metal. I'm afraid it will rust and then I'll really look like I'm from the meth capitol of the world. I decided to use my insurance's express service where I drop it off at said location and they are there to evaluate and hand me the keys to a rental. Sounds easy, right? Well I had to deal with incompetence during the entire process! Grrrrr! I'm an easy going person but they really got under my skin yesterday. I can't wait for the survey. I know it won't really matter, but I will feel better about bitching. The rental car place got an earful yesterday. I feel a little bad about chewing the guy up, but not too bad. I told you all when I started this job again...the bitch is back!! Sigh.
