Insomnia2/1/2015 The older I get, the harder it is for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I am lucky if I get four hours a night. I have to take ZzzzQuil to get me there which I know isn't good. I don't want anything stronger because that stuff gives me freaky dreams so I can't imagine what something like Ambien will do. Melatonin is okay but hit or miss. Benadryl will knock me out but I am groggy for 24 hours after. Sigh. Gah.

I like tea at night. I prefer peppermint though. Chamomile doesn't have much flavor and I am all about taste. Maybe I can mix both!
