So Molly is at the vet today. They think she might have torn BOTH ACLs! Ack! So I am anxiously awaiting their call. They had to knock her out to do x-rays so I dropped her off at 8 and hope to hear from them by 10. Wish us luck. Poor baby is already dealing with arthritis in her back. Gah!!

So it looks like the baby will need new knees at some point. Apparently she fractured her leg and it grew back crooked and the knee cap is rubbing up against the bone causing her to limp. She's been favoring her other leg because of the pain so that knee is getting bad, too. We have two months' of treatment first and if that doesn't work then she will have surgery. I should start a Gofundme page because I am sure this is going to be expensive!!! Leave a Reply. |
